What’s A Cycle?

In a world where more people than ever are seeking accurate, personalized health data and clear guidance, our 12-Week Cycles meet that need with structure and science. Each cycle is designed to give you the tools, testing and expert support you need to make informed decisions about your body.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll go beyond one-time insights and track real changes, gain a deeper understanding of your health and fitness and receive accountability that helps turn data into action.


The Foundation Cycle: Know Your Body, Build Your Baseline

The 12-Week Foundation Cycle is designed for anyone beginning or returning to their health journey. You’ll start with a comprehensive assessment that includes a DXA Scan to measure body composition and bone density, a Resting Metabolic Rate test to understand your daily caloric needs and a Grip Strength Analysis to assess overall muscular strength.

After reviewing your results with a Master ‘s-level performance physiologist, you’ll receive personalized recommendations and ongoing support through two virtual check-ins. At the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll repeat key assessments to track progress and refine your goals.

The Foundation Cycle is ideal for anyone starting a new exercise routine, committed to long-term health, aiming to reshape body composition or beginning a GLP-1 program.

The Elevation Cycle: Train Smarter, Perform Better

The 12-Elevation Cycle is for those who want to take their fitness to the next level. It begins with performance testing, including a VO2max test to measure cardiovascular fitness, a DXA Scan, Force Plate Analysis testing for lower-body strength and symmetry, and Grip Strength Analysis.

With expert insights and a clear data-driven plan, you’ll train with purpose and stay on track through virtual check-ins. At the end of the cycle, you’ll reassess to measure your progress and see how your training has moved you toward your next goal.

The 12-Week Elevation Cycle supports both serious and recreational athletes, anyone focused on building endurance, improving strength or optimizing performance.
