Our force plates contain sensors that capture data on the intensity, direction and timing of forces exerted by the body. During testing, you will perform movements like vertical jumps, squats and balance tests. Following the test, you’ll have a 30 minute consultation with a Master’s-level performance physiologist about your unique results and how to improve them.
Force Plate testing is recommended quarterly. Those rehabilitating an injury, training for a specific event and/or in-season team sport athletes may desire more frequent testing.
