Using advanced health and performance testing, we make critical physiological metrics clear and actionable. Our Master's and PhD-level physiologists work alongside your team to measure progress and guide next steps with a proven test and retest approach.

How Our Testing Works

Human Powered Health Performance Labs assess key metrics like aerobic capacity, body composition, metabolic health and movement mechanics to establish a clear baseline and track progress. Partners can prescribe assessments based on their clients’ needs, with confidence in consistent protocols, equipment and data quality across every lab.

After testing, our physiologists review results with the client and, when applicable, the partner, highlight the metrics that matter most for performance, recovery and long-term health.

Results and recommendations are then delivered through the PPN Portal, giving your team immediate access to clear, actionable insights.

Timing will depend on which assessments are selected. We work with each client and clinician to build a custom testing program that is as efficient as possible based on availability.

We work in partnership with your team. Our performance physiologists will translate the results and tailor their recommendations based on your client’s health goals and will work directly with you to determine the best way to communicate the results to your clients.

You will receive precise, actionable data and insights about your clients’ unique physiology along with clear next steps on how to optimize their health and performance.
