Human Powered Health is supporting girls and women through their entire cycle, empowering them to own their health journey and thrive through all stages of life.
The Women’s Health Package gives you essential, science-backed insights to guide your journey. These assessments are designed for women to help you understand where your body and physiology currently stand at any stage of your timeline.
Women are increasingly seeking objective data to better understand their bodies, and the earlier you establish a baseline, the more valuable that insight becomes as you move through life stages like pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause. As hormones shift, your needs around strength, bone density, energy and recovery change, and strategies that once worked may no longer apply. Whether you are early in your journey or navigating a major transition, it is never too early or too late to understand your physiology and advocate for your long term health.
Body Composition (DXA): Precisely measures body fat, lean muscle mass, and fat distribution, including visceral and subcutaneous fat, to give context beyond the scale.
Bone Density (DXA): A key marker of strength and resilience as you age. Whether you are pre-pregnancy or menopausal, understanding your current bone density provides critical context for long-term health and performance.
Muscular Strength and Asymmetry (Force Plates): Identifies imbalances that may increase injury risk or stem from past injuries, and highlights where to focus your training to improve efficiency and durability.
Resting Metabolism (RMR): Measures how many calories your body needs at rest, giving you a clear foundation to align nutrition and training with your physiology.
At the end of each visit, you’ll sit down with a Master’s-level performance physiologist for a 30-minute data review. They'll break down your results in simple terms and help you create a plan to improve your health, set goals, be efficient with your time and track progress.
We recommend re-testing 3-6 months after your first visit to monitor progress over time. Using the findings from your initial visit and recommendations from your performance physiologist, meaningful change can be made before your second round of testing.
Looking for a gift more meaningful than than flowers? A Human Powered Health gift card gives her access to lab grade testing and expert guidance that delivers real insight into her body. Whether she is focused on performance, longevity or simply understanding her health more clearly, it is something she can use whenever she is ready to get started.
VO₂max Testing: Measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise, offering a powerful indicator of cardiovascular fitness, performance potential and long-term health
Momentous Women's Three: A daily supplement bundle designed to support female biology, including iron, calcium and vitamin D3 to support daily energy, bone health and long-term resilience.
Human Powered Health does not accept insurance; however our assessments may be eligible for HSA (Health Savings Account) reimbursement. Please check with your HSA provider for a complete list of eligible services.
