Human Powered Health is expanding to Scottsdale, Arizona with the launch of a new state-of-the-art Performance Lab. Designed to offer comprehensive health assessments for active individuals and athletes of all levels, the lab provides advanced data-driven insights to help clients reach their health and performance goals.

The Performance Lab utilizes cutting-edge sports science tools to analyze each person’s unique physiology. With guidance from a highly skilled team of master’s and PhD-level staff, clients receive personalized recommendations to optimize their fitness and overall health. Previously, such sophisticated assessments were only available to elite athletes or in exclusive academic settings.
