There’s something special about the days leading up to the Boston Marathon. The energy is everywhere. You feel it in the streets, in the quiet moments before a run, and in the shared excitement between runners who all came here for something meaningful.
Join us at 8:30 AM for an easy 3 mile run along the Boston Marathon course. You will be joined by professional runners including Sage Hurta-Klecker, Margot Appleton, and Luke Houser.
It is relaxed, welcoming, and a rare chance to share the road with athletes who know this sport inside and out. A shakeout run is simple, but it plays an important role. It helps loosen the legs, calm the nerves, and bring your focus back to the present.
More than anything, it gives you a moment to breathe before race day.

After the run, stick around and take it all in. We’ll have complimentary snacks and drinks waiting, plus time to connect with other runners who are all part of the same weekend experience.
You will also have the chance to win giveaways including apparel, supplements, and Hyperice recovery tools to celebrate the weekend and maybe head into race day with something extra.
Human Powered Health Wellesley is located right at the halfway point of the Boston Marathon course. This stretch of the race is known for its energy, its crowds, and the momentum shift runners feel as they push into the second half.
Inside the lab, you can explore advanced performance technology, connect with our team, and ask questions about your race, recovery, or training. It is a space designed to support runners in a way that feels both personal and practical.

The Boston Marathon is more than a race. In Boston, it feels like a holiday.
On Monday, the city shows up. Streets fill with spectators, neighborhoods come alive, and the entire course becomes a place where people gather, cheer, and celebrate. Whether you are running or watching, you are part of it.
There is a shared energy that carries everyone forward. From the start line and all the way into the finish, it is about community as much as it is about competition.
Being out on the course, even before race day, gives you a glimpse of that feeling. It is a reminder that this weekend is bigger than miles or times. It is about people coming together to support something they all believe in.
If you are looking for a way to be part of the Boston Marathon weekend beyond race day, this is it. Come move with us, meet the community, and experience the course in a way that feels relaxed and meaningful.
