The 12-Week Elevation Cycle delivers data-driven insight into your physical potential, including cardiovascular fitness, athletic symmetry and the unique distribution of your muscle, fat and bone density. Replace guesswork with clear, objective data and the accountability needed to make smarter, more effective training decisions.

You’ll start with a round of performance testing to establish your fitness baseline. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed breakdown of your results along with expert recommendations from a Master's-level performance physiologist on how to enhance your performance and training efficiency.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll have time to apply those insights and train with purpose, supported by two virtual check-ins with your performance physiologist. In your second lab visit, you’ll retest to see how your performance has progressed and walk away with a simple, data driven picture of how your body has adapted and what to do next.

Assessments:
VO₂max Test: Objectively measures your cardiovascular fitness and endurance capacity.
DXA Scan: Measures your body composition, bone density and muscular symmetry.
Force Plates: Analyzes your lower-body strength, balance and symmetry.
Grip Strength Analysis: The global marker of overall muscular strength and vitality.

Your next cycle may look different depending on your objectives and your progress. At the end of your second visit, you and your physiologist can determine a limited or ongoing plan to keep you on track toward your health and longevity goals.

frequently asked questions

Human Powered Health does not accept insurance; however our assessments may be eligible for HSA (Health Savings Account) reimbursement. Please check with your HSA provider for a complete list of eligible services.

Each lab visit will take 2 hours. Your virtual consultations will be approximately 15 minutes.

Your lab assessments include a 30-minute data review with a Master’s-level performance physiologist to analyze the results together, which is unique and only offered at Human Powered Health.

- Wear comfortable exercise shoes and exercise clothes.
- Avoid any metal and hard plastic – zippers, underwire bras, snap buttons, etc.
- Avoid strenuous exercise 24 hours prior to testing.

Fasting Requirement
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and calcium supplements 24 hours prior to your assessment.
- Avoid consumption of food a minimum of 10 hours prior to your assessment.
- Be sure to come hydrated.
- Void bladder a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your assessment.

These requirements will also be emailed to you prior to your appointment.

Scheduling: Schedule your first visit today! Your second visit can be scheduled by default 12 weeks from your initial visit or work with your physiologist to schedule a time that works for you. Virtual consults will be scheduled at the end of your first visit.

Payment: Payment for the Cycle will be processed at the completion of your first visit.
