During this assessment you will stand on our Biodex Balance platform. The platform will move on its axes in different directions and depths, or remain static as you move, to assess your body’s response to motion. Following the test, you’ll have a 30 minute consultation with a Master’s-level performance physiologist about your unique results and how to improve them.
Anyone can benefit from taking this test every six months to track changes in stability over time. This is also an essential pre-season test for athletes to get a baseline in case they get injured or experience a concussion, so they can rehabilitate back to and beyond their pre-injury metrics.

After a Biodex Balance assessment, you’ll uncover which conditions cause the most instability/challenges to your balance, but also asymmetries between legs. You’ll leave with recommendations on improving potential balance and asymmetry issues. This may include different drills or balance exercises to increase stability and fix any imbalances that were found during the assessment.
