As a Holistic Run Coach, Coach Jaci helps runners train smarter by taking a mindful, holistic approach to training by doing ALL THE THINGS – strength training, nourishing the body for performance, working on the mind, getting adequate sleep, doing mobility work, taking rest days, etc. – all the things that impact running outside of a run. She helps runners build sustainable habits with ALL THE THINGS while recognizing that everyone’s season of life, life stressors, short-term goals, and long-term goals are different. Jaci believes that training should fit INTO your life – it is A PART of life and enhances life when life and training blend together. A strong, rested and nourished body is a body that is unstoppable, but runners first need to understand the impact that life stress, nutrition, mindset, etc., have on their training.
